I exported a template I have been working on to php/html files. Downloaded them, ran a search/replace on them and uploaded them back.
"Ran the Update Template Set from HTML/PHP files" again. I selected the right template to update, got the message:

Updating templates in the database with the templates from the /import_export directory:

Update complete.

But none of the changes I made show up, the update failed.

Thanks. Fixed in 2.1.15. Should be out this week, most likely Thursday.
