It's annoying as hell to add a file and be told it already exists. Please add a button to update the file if it already exists. It would be easy to code for you, and it would make it easier for me to populate the database without having to fiddle around with exporting the list of padfiles from phpmyadmin and comparing it with the list of padfiles I have to add.
