This gallery is part of the article page but you can create an automated gallery somewhere else in the template, for example, in a screenshot tab.

Yes, the gallery and attachment handling is completely different in Contentteller 3. Something like the example above is easily possible with a small template modifications.
Is it possible to make minor changes to the "files -> image/attachments" function?

I know that you are busy writing a new version of CT3, but could I ask for some information in the above case?
I tried to create something like that myself in CT2, but I can not do it:

Currently the link looks like this:
www.example.com/files/image/filefile_id.html
Can I change it to the following?
www.example.com/files/image/filefile_file.html
And best to replace the below?
www.example.com/files/image/file_seo.html
Sorry, this is correct:

or
www.example.com/files/images/filefile_file.html
or something like that.

In this link, all screenshots will be included (without "next" and "prev").
After updating or deleting the screen, new pages (links) will not be created, and everything will be placed in one place.
Is it maybe too big a change in code?
