i'm installing the script for a client. They have a liscenced copy. I need to file a trouble ticket. how do i get 'member' status?

Only the owner of the license can submit a trouble ticket.

You can send your support request to office [-at-] esselbach [-dot-] com instead. Please include all license information in your email.
