Hi !

I have a problem with this "XX new stories since your last visit" message - it always displays the total amount of news i have. I can remember that it worked when i set the CMS up, but now after so many customizations it seems that i broke it

Help me please ?

Can you install an unmodified core.php and see if that makes any differences?

Yes, permissions are set. There is only the announcement.cah.php file there

Did you set the permission of the /cache/pm directory to 777? Are any files in this directory?

This is normal. It should appear after 1 hour again, at least usual.

Perhaps a permission issue? Try to delete all cache files in /cache/pm/ and chmod this directory to 777. This will force Storyteller to rebuild the stats from scratch.
