Translating module text and titles?

Hi Philipp, how to translate the modules? I have created my own language but the module titles and text are still in english and the strings aren't found in the xml file, they seem to be found inside the modules themselves or something like that?

No, not in 2.0.x/2.1.x.

The output of the side blocks are hardcoded in each block script. You find the scripts in /blocks.
