I suspect a problem with the import of the xml file itself. Please create a file with the following content and then run it in the browser:

$curl = function_exists( "curl_exec" ) ? "enabled" : "disabled" ;
echo "CURL is " . $curl;
?>

Is CURL enabled or disabled on your installation?

No it doesn't. It seems all files from that website have the same problem. The download fields are empty.
And this link claims that the file does not exist:
 http://www.file-portal.net/files/details/gsa_file_rescue.html
Maybe the DB is corrupted?

I tried it again by manually adding  http://www.gsa-online.de/files/file_rescue.xml to the queue and then process it. It recognized both file_rescue.zip and file_rescue.exe just fine.

Do you have the same problem also with Add New File?

On several files. The one above is one such example. Both links inside it work,
 http://file-rescue.gsa-online.de/download/file_rescue.zip
 http://file-rescue.gsa-online.de/download/file_rescue.exe
but CT doesn't see them.

Where do you get this error? While adding a new PAD file?

I just tried to add a new file and Contentteller recognized the primary download URL just fine



Perhaps they updated the PAD file? Have you still this problem?

Same problem with this one: the link inside the PAD points to an exe file, but CT claims there isn't any.
