I'm using content as my default module for the front page.

Is there a way to remove the top and bottom breadcrumb from the front page only?

The easiest way is editing the following two templates:
Manage Templates => Edit => Content => Edit => content_header and content_footer

Both templates contains the HTML output of the front page breadcrumb

Or if it cannot be removed can it be changed on the home page to just read Home?
