There is an issue if the server is running in CGI/FastCGI mode. I can reproduce this error at least on a cPanel machine. It is actually a bug in PHP but cause Contentteller not to recognize its own configuration files. I will do some further testing and will release tomorrow an updated release which workaround this problem.
