Bonked upgrade from 2.05 to 2.06

A few days ago I upgraded my system from last years Ubuntu to the one that is coming out in the next couple of days. It somewhat messed up my vbulletin install, but not badly(had to run the table repair function).

tonight I upgraded my sites from 2.05 to 2.06. Long story short my site ID's are messed up as you can see from the image attachment below.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Yes, thank you, that seemed to fix it. I'm sure it was something I did in the first place to bonk it.

I just wrote a small script that will hopefully fix your preferences database.

Unzip the attached file and upload fixwebsites.php to your Contentteller root directory. Then run fixwebsites.php from your browser.

I do have sql and directory backups if necessary that I can fall back to, but I would rather not.
