Hi,

I'm a complete noob to your CMS and and really don't understand how to upload or add templates. Any guidance or help would be great.

Thanks

Can someone give some clear instructions on how to use your own template. Maybe give us a list of files to change. How would you use a new stylesheet. Where do you even start Confused Face Professionals won't use your script and the rest of us need instuctions please. Drupal etc etc does the same as this script and also has the same issues with using your own template. Just tell people how??? Changing the colours in admin is not good enough. Why must this be so complicated?

What exactly want you to do?

Basically, you can edit the templates online with the temple editor (Templates => Manage Templates => Edit). There is also an option to add a new template to the template set. This is only meant for module developers after every new template must be called from the module.

You can also export the templates to HTML/PHP files for offline editing in your favorite html editor. To export the template set: Templates => Import/Export => Export Template Set to HTML/PHP files => Submit. The files will be exported to your templates directory, so you can download the template set from there.

Once you finish the customizing, re-upload the edited HTML/PHP to the templates directory and import the updated set with: Templates => Import/Export => Update Template Set from HTML/PHP files or create a complete new templates set with: Templates => Import/Export => Import Template Set from HTML/PHP files
