User Avatar problem

I am trying to upload an avatar to my user, but I just got this error.

BODY>
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at AppStuff Port 80

Instead of "uploading" an image wouldn't it be easier to allow users to simply add the URL of where that image is stored on the web? Similar to what is done with most forum signatures.

Have you used 000webhost.com before? Are they going to add a bunch of banners to my site if I use them? Just wondering.

Thank you for explaining the avatar issue for me.

Avatars will most likely not work on your free webhosting account because GoDaddy always inject HTML code to the PHP output.  000webhost is currently one of the better choices if you like to host Contentteller for free.

There are two problems of using a remote avatar:
1) The avatar can be changed anytime by the user without approving it through the administrator of the website
2) If the avatar will be removed all avatar images of the user are broken
