You can export and import entire template sets in an XML file. This is much easier then posting the CSS and template modifications in text files.

To export the templates:
Templates => Import/Export => Export Tab => Export Template Set to XML file

This will generate a single XML file in the import_export directory that contains all templates and CSS from the theme

To import the templates again:
Put your theme XML file in the import_export directory and then import the template set

Templates => Import/Export => Import Tab => Import/Update Template Set from XML file
