Latest files block doesn't update

Added some files through PAD and enabled latest files block but it doesn't update block with new files.

Is "Show this file on front page?" checked on the files in question?

The data in the blocks is cached and will refresh every hour. You can clear the cache immediately with Main => Clear Cache in cadmin.
