EU VAT Implementation

As some of you may know, recently passed legislation will take effect on July 1st, in which Value Added Tax (VAT) will be collected for all EU based sales on RegSoft.com for downloadable goods. These regulations have required us to implement a method to collect VAT for sales originating from each country in the EU. RegSoft.com will collect the VAT (each country in the EU has it's own specific VAT rate), and report it to the EU directly.
