Cookie fix?

After installing ST on my site with an Invision 2.0 board, my users can no longer stay logged in to the Invision forum once they leave the site. A minor annoyance for now, since everything else is working just fine, but I was wondering if anyone knew any solutions to this problem.

Are your users log in over Storyteller or Invision Board?
