Backend management (customizing backend) neded

Looking for someone familiar with the latest Contentteller who wants to finish up some minor design fixes from the person who did the theme followed by customizing the back end a bit as well (for example modifying the data fields and how they display under screenshots).

Flexibility to try and complete small projects within a week would be handy as we are months behind planned schedule now. Open to suggestions on design and colors, so a good eye for a clean design a plus.
