3 Remote MyBB - help please?

I have a network of websites. 3 MyBB installations and a Contentteller Installation.
Site A: MyBB
Site B: MyBB
Site C: MyBB
Site D: Contentteller.
A & B are on the same server share. C is on a different server. D is on the same server, but under a different account. So basiclly same server, different IP address. I would like to have a multiple-way wrapper on the login page. So for example,
Username: |___________|
Password: |___________|
Account: |(drop down menu containing the 3 names of the mybb accounts)
|Login|

Help Please?

Sounds more like something for the suggestions section. This is overall a pretty heavy modification to the current code base.
